Return Policy

We honor the quality of our products, however mistakes or issues might happen, for those cases we have a Return Policy. All our products have a 2 Year Warrantee on the quality and made.  If you receive any products that are not what you ordered, please ship the item back to us within 7 days. All returns for the “Wrong Cartridge” must be in an unopened and with no damage to the original box. We will exchange your order with the right cartridge free of charge. All Returns must be justified by and proven to be one of the following: 1.       Wrong Cartridge 2.       Faulty Printing 3.       Leaking of Cartridge 4.       Damage caused to the machine Returns for any other reason would and could be subject to an additional shipping charge and 20% restocking fee.
